Richard Crouse, Raj Panikkar and Chris Szarka’s six-part miniseries Reelside is set for a June 6 bow on The Movie Network.

The 6 x 30-minute series from Toronto-based Fifth Ground Entertainment profiles prominent Canadians from the film business.

The six segments profile different personalities and projects with different directors for each. Actor Sarah Gadon is helming one segment, profiling a project she is working on with Caitlin Cronenberg, while multiple-award-winning editor Matthew Hannam takes directing duties for another.

Other episode directors include Philip Riccio, Taylor Clarke, Matthew Lochner and Raj Panikkar.

Other high profile Canadians featured in the series include: George A. Romero, Evan Goldberg, Seth Rogen, Don McKellar, Bruce McDonald, Stephen Amell and Michael Hogan.

The miniseries will air at 9 p.m. on TMN and will air on Movie Central at a later date.
