London-headquartered, global talent agency CK Talent Management has opened a Canadian division and appointed Lowell Schreider as its director.

CK Talent has operations in myriad territories, including the U.S., Australia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Germany, Italy and Spain. The Canadian division, based in Toronto, opened March 3. Schreider (pictured, right) is reporting to Craig Rogalski, founder and managing talent manager, a spokesperson for CK Talent told Playback Daily.

The Canadian outpost will focus on discovering, developing and representing talent across the country, including actors, musicians, social media influencers and creatives.

Schreider has previously served as the national director of marketing and communications for Comweb Group and William F. White International, and has held marketing and communications roles at PS Production Services and the Comedy Network.

In August 2017 he founded LSPR, a Toronto, New York and L.A.-based boutique marketing agency.

Calling Canada “one of the world’s most dynamic entertainment landscapes,” Rogalski said in a statement: “Our Canadian division will provide a dedicated platform for Canadian talent to shine across theatre, film, television and the ever-evolving social media space.”
