Paris Hilton’s banner developing series with 9 Story, HappyNest

Based on Hilton's real-life pets, the animated series Paris & Pups will be distributed by 9 Story Media Group.

Paris Hilton’s media and lifestyle shingle 11:11 Media is developing a new animated series with Toronto-headquartered 9 Story Media Group and L.A.-based HappyNest Entertainment featuring canine characters inspired by her real-life pets.

Creative details are still in the works, but the team is planning to roll out a package of Paris & Pups digital shorts first, followed by a longer-format series. 9 Story will lead production (with support from its Brown Bag Films subsidiary) and manage worldwide distribution. Also producing, HappyNest is a joint-venture studio owned by Stampede Ventures and UTA.

Hilton’s well-known pet brigade includes now-deceased chihuahua Tinkerbell, Slivington the teacup pomsky and a pair of pomeranians named Crypto and Ether.

11:11’s goal is to build a full-fledged Paris & Pups franchise from this kids TV starting point. The three-year-old company—with divisions spanning TV, audio, digital and licensing—has already rolled out several content campaigns for the Paris Hilton brand (with companies like iHeartRadio, L’Oreal and Meta), as well as a homeware/kitchenware collection at Walmart last fall.

Hilton has previously dabbled in kids entertainment with a voice-acting stint on Rainbow High, the CG-animated series from MGA Entertainment that follows the lives of fashion students. Her popular appearance paved the way for a Rainbow High doll that was produced in her likeness in 2022, targeting kids ages six to 12 and collectors.
