CBC Kids original 2D/CG-animated preschool series Dylan’s Playtime Adventures is heading to the U.K.

Dublin-based 9 Story Distribution International has licensed the 52 x 11-minute project to BBC-operated children’s channel CBeebies, and will begin airing this fall.

Dylan’s Playtime Adventures is produced by 9 Story Media Group and animated by subsidiary Brown Bag Films, in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery and CBC Kids. The series is based on the Scholastic book series by bestselling author and illustrator Guy Parker-Rees.

The series is set to premiere this spring on CBC Kids and is also expected to launch soon on Cartoonito in the U.S.

Worldwide distribution rights are held by 9 Story Distribution International, while 9 Story Brands handles worldwide consumer products rights, excluding publishing.
