McGillivray Entertainment Media ups Angela Jennings, Jeff Baker

Jennings will now serve as president of the Scott McGillivray-led prodco, while Baker will oversee its content slate as head of production.

angela jennings webMcGillivray Entertainment Media (MEM) – led by CEO Scott McGillivray – has expanded its scope with the promotions of Angela Jennings (pictured, right) to president and Jeff Baker (pictured, bottom left) to head of production.

Jennings, who previously served as SVP, production, will now oversee the Toronto-based production company’s partnerships with broadcasters and OTT services, as well as manage its corporate, financial and legal strategies.

As head of production, Baker will manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s various productions and development.

jeff baker webJennings joined MEM (previously McGillivray Entertainment) at its inception when it launched in 2014. She has more than 600 hours of factual programming under her belt having previously produced unscripted content as president and owner of Fusion Television.

Baker joined MEM in 2017 as a line producer, overseeing productions such as Buyers Bootcamp and Scott’s Vacation House Rules. He has worked on productions with NBCUniversal, Discovery, Corus Entertainment and CTV, with credits that include Timber Creek Lodge, Cake Walk and The Incredible Food Race.
