Mongrel Media has acquired the Canadian rights to Sean Garrity’s quirky rom-com, I Propose We Never See Each Other Again After Tonight.
Written, directed and produced by the My Awkward Sexual Adventure director under his Winnipeg-based company Bedbugs Films, the feature follows two young Winnipeggers who meet in the dead of winter and think they know each other. The rom-com stars Hera Nalam, Kristian Jordan and Andrea Macasaet and is co-produced by Nick Christie.
Distributed by Mongrel Media, I Propose We Never See Each Other Again After Tonight is set to open on March 20, followed by a market-by-market roll out across Canada this spring.
In addition to My Awkward Sexual Adventure, Garrity’s credits include Lucid (2005), Zooey & Adam (2009) and Blood Pressure (2012), to name a few.
