Women in Film & Television – Toronto (WIFT-T) held its 32nd annual Crystal Awards gala earlier this month. The organization brought movers and shakers together to honour the achievements of recipients like producer Mary Young Leckie, who was awarded the organization’s Creative Excellence Award; Oya Media Group’s Alison Duke, who picked up the Mentorship Award; and former TIFF VP of advancement maxine bailey, recipient of WIFT-T’s Special Jury Award.
