Brightlight Pictures ups Arielle Boisvert to VP, production
With the promotion, Boisvert, who has been with the company for six years, will oversee all aspects of production on Brightlight's film and TV slate.
Brightlight Pictures has upped Arielle Boisvert to the role of VP, production.
With the promotion, Boisvert will oversee all aspects of production on Brightlight’s slate of film and TV projects, as well as working with external studio partners and creative teams. She will report to company president Shawn Williamson.
Boisvert has been with the Vancouver prodco for six years and previously served as director of production. During that time she has worked on TV projects including police procedural The Murders (Citytv), docu-drama Valley of the Boom (National Geographic), Haters Back Off (Netflix) and half-hour comedy Upload (Amazon).
Meanwhile, her film credits include Colossal and two installments of Disney’s Descendants franchise.
Other projects on Brightlight’s slate include The Good Doctor (ABC), which was renewed for a third season in February. New episodes are scheduled to premiere later this month.
