NBCUniversal International Networks has acquired the U.K. broadcast rights to all three seasons of the Space original series Bitten.

The show will debut on NBCUniversal-owned channel Syfy in the U.K. on Thursday, May 19 at 9 p.m. Bitten is produced by produced by Hoodwink Entertainment, No Equal Entertainment and Entertainment One Television.

The final episode of the series aired on Space last month, after Bell Media announced its end in December 2015.

The Laura Vandervoort-starrer (Smallville, Haven), based on a series of novels by Kelley Armstrong, is distributed internationally by eOne.

Season one of the series, which will air weekly on Syfy in the U.K., was executive produced by Tecca Crosby, John Morayniss, and Margaret O’Brien for eOne, J.B. Sugar for No Equal Entertainment and Patrick Banister for Hoodwink Entertainment.
