Last week, Telefilm Canada, the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television and the Consulate General of Canada in Los Angeles co-hosted An Evening with Canadian Stars event at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. The evening included a red carpet and a tribute to Canadian Academy Award nominees and Canadian Screen Award nominees.

Catherine O’Hara and Eugene Levy were also presented with the Academy Legacy Award from the ACCT, honouring their dedication to bringing international acclaim to Canadian talent in television, film or digital media. Canadian stars in attendance included Amanda Crew, Tricia Helfer, Greyston Holt, Jonathan Keltz, Sarah Rafferty, Maxim Roy, Amanda Silk, David Sutcliffe, Jacob Tremblay and Laura Vandervoort.
