Leftfield Entertainment-owned prodco Loud TV has secured a strategic development and production deal with Winnipeg- and Toronto-based production outfit Frantic Films.

Under the agreement, which was signed during this year’s Realscreen Summit in Washington, DC, the pair of companies will develop and produce content for the American and Canadian marketplaces, with Loud directing sales for the U.S. and Frantic charged with sales in Canada.

Loud TV’s production credits include FYI’s Tiny House Nation and other series in the franchise including Tiny House Hunting and Tiny House World; FYI’s Food Porn and He Shed, She Shed, as well as Animal Planet’s Restoration Wild, Cooking Channel’s Holy and Hungry and HGTV’s Flipping the Heartland.

Frantic Films, meanwhile, has been behind such hit series as CBC’s Jonny Harris-fronted Still Standing, which is currently filming its sophomore season; Slice’s ‘Til Debt Do Us Part and Princess; Food Network Canada’s The Opener and  Pitchin’ In, and History Television’s Masterminds.
