Bitten‘s third season will be the series’ last, Bell Media’s Space announced Wednesday.
The last episodes of the Space original series will start rolling out on Feb. 12 in a new Friday 10 p.m. timeslot. The third season includes 10, one-hour episodes, and was greenlit to production in May of this year. It was also the first Space show to be given a dedicated aftershow, Innerspace: After Bite.
Its second season also kicked off on a strong note, attracting 401,000 viewers to the season premiere.
Bitten is executive produced by J.B. Sugar, John Barbisan, Patrick Banister, Tecca Crosby, John Morayniss and Margaret O’Brien. Daegan Fryklind serves as showrunner, and was writer for season three along with Will Zmak. Both are also executive producers on Bitten. Other writers attached to season three are Larry Bambrick, Jenn Engels and Garfield Lindsay Miller. Bitten is produced by Hoodwink Entertainment, No Equal Entertainment and Entertainment One Television.
