Food and lifestyle channel Gusto TV has launched an international distribution arm and will bring two of its original series to the upcoming MIPTV market.

The in-house produced series One World Kitchen (30 x 30 minutes/120 x 2 minute webisodes) and A Is For Apple (30 x 30 minutes/100 x two minute webisodes) will be be brought to the Cannes market, which kicks off on April 13. Both series will be available in HD, 4K and as formats.

One World Kitchen is set to premiere on Gusto TV in May, with production on the millennial-targeted A Is For Apple going into production this week.

Earlier this week, the Ottawa-based indie channel announced it would produce more than 100 hours of original in-house programming in 2015, including documentaries and cooking series focused on Canadian food and Canadian talent.
