DHX Media’s consumer products arm, DHX Brands, is rolling out an awareness initiative across the pond to support a new website and app for its popular preschool series In the Night Garden.
The U.K.-based brand campaign focuses on kids bedtime routines, which will be disrupted later this month when the clocks get turned back.
DHX has joined forces with sleep expert Mandy Gurney from Millpond Children’s Sleep Clinic, to offer tips on how to stick to a bedtime routine and how to prep kids for the time change. In addition, the current In the Night Garden magazine features a bedtime activity booklet, also available for download, created by the UK-based Immediate Media.
This initiative supports In the Night Garden’s new website, available via desktop and an app for mobile devices. The site features a Little Ones made designed specifically for preschoolers, and a ‘Time for Bed’ section to help children wind down at the end of the day.
Since it debuted on CBeebies in 2007, the program has met with ratings success, and has aired in over 36 countries.
