Warren Sonoda’s Total Frat Movie shooting in Hamilton

The Nick Bateman and Tom Green-starrer Total Frat Movie has started shooting in Hamilton through Aug. 28.

Warren Sonoda is directing his eleventh film, a comedic feature about the suspended frat house Alpha Chi Gamma looking to resurrect their fraternity.

Best friends Charlie, Billy and Douchenozzle battle the rival Kappa Nu fraternity and try to regain supremacy on campus.

Bateman plays A.J. Chesterfield, while Green is university dean Kravitz.

The ensemble cast includes Justin Deeley, Alex House, Steven Yaffee, Rebecca Dalton and Ann Pirvu.

Total Frat Movie is inspired by a popular American website about college fraternity life.

No distributor is attached to the film, which is produced by Robert Wertheimer, Brian Ross, Bob Sanitsky and Jonathan Bronfman.

Sonoda’s latest film, Swearnet, opens on Aug. 29 across Canada.
