The Harold Greenberg Fund has unveiled the names of seven feature films to receive funding through its equity investment program, including projects from Jeffery St. Jules and Jefferson Moneo.
A total of $700,000 was invested across the seven films. Among the films to receive funding are Jeffrey St. Jules’ Bang Bang Baby, produced by Scythia Films and Jobro Productions; Jefferson Moneo’s Big Muddy, produced by Angel Entertainment; and Alain Descrochers’s ESC, produced by SUKI Films.
The Girl King, directed by Mika Kaurismäki and produced by Marianna Films and Triptych Media, also received funding through the equity investment program. Anton Corbijin’s Life, Cameron Labine’s Mountain Men, and Ruba Nada’s October Gale were also selected to receive coin in this round of funding.
Life is produced by See-Saw Films and First Generation Films and Mountain Men is produced by Resonance Films and South Creek Pictures. October Gale is produced by Foundry Films and Killer Films.
