Habs draw over two million on RDS

No surprise, French Canada loves watching the Habs win.

Tuesday night’s game between the Montreal Canadiens and rival Boston Bruins drew 2.1 million viewers (AMA) to RDS, the Bell Media-owned French-language sports network.

The Canadiens game three win dominated the Quebec prime time ratings, taking 55.2% of market share in the province during the broadcast, according to BBM Analytics data cited in a press release.

The rest of Canada was also watching, with three million viewers (AMA) tuning in on CBC in English, per BBM Canada numbers cited by CBC.

The series continues tonight at 7:30 p.m. on RDS in French and CBC in English.
