DXH Media has hired Victoria (Tor) Bushell as brand director as it bolsters its U.K. and worldwide licensing activity on recently acquired properties In the Night Garden, Teletubbies, Abney & Teal and Dipdap.
Based in the company’s London office alongside DHX’s licensing representation agency CPLG, Bushell will oversee global brand management of the properties, working with Stephen Gould, commercial director of DHX’s U.K. team.
Gould transitioned to DHX from U.K. kids producer, distributor and licensor Ragdoll Worldwide, which DHX acquired in September, and at which he was also commercial director.
Bushell began her career as marketing manager for VTech U.K., where she was responsible for product launches and key licensing partnerships. She then moved to Hit Entertainment, where she worked as brand marketing and retail development director, responsible for managing the Thomas & Friends property first across the EMEA and then globally.
