Cineflix Media is looking for a creative director to help pitch new shows to Canadian and U.S. broadcasters as Los Angeles-based Jodi Flynn gets set to leave the indie producer.
Flynn, currently EVP of programming, will leave Cineflix later this month to start her own production company.
Her departure comes as Cineflix Media continues to restructure and partially shift its focus from the Canadian market to the U.S. and U.K. markets as Canadian broadcasters commission fewer factual series and opt instead to adapt more global formats for their home market.
Also in November, Joanne Virgo is to leave Cineflix’s Toronto office as executive producer to join rival Proper Television and fill the same post.
Elsewhere at the producer, Charles Tremayne, currently EVP, is promoted to president, production, based in New York City.
Treymayne continues to report to Cineflix Media co-founder and co-CEO Glen Salzman.
And Kim Bondi is promoted to EVP of production in the Toronto office, reporting to Tremayne.
At the same time, Sherri Rufh becomes SVP of production and administration, and Lynn Van Rooyen becomes SVP of post production.
