Genevieve Menard joins Quiet Revolution Pictures

Ottawa-based production company Quiet Revolution Pictures has appointed former Ottawa film commissioner Geneviève Ménard to head up its newly established production services arm.

As VP production services, Ménard will oversee the division, which will serve clients in Ottawa-Gatineau’s TV and film sector.

Menard joined the Ottawa-Gatineau Film and Television Development Corporation in December 2011, becoming the public face of the organization as it rebranded as Invest Ottawa. She departed the organization in April 2013.

Prior to that, she was the executive director of the Canadian Tulip Festival, and the events and filming group manager for Westminster City Council in the U.K.

Ménard joins producer and company director Michael Dobbin and operations manager Andrew Rendall. Her appointment is effective immediately.
