Peace Point sells lifestyle, factual series to Australasia

Toronto-based Peace Point Rights, the distribution arm of Peace Point Entertainment, has sold lifestyle and factual series including Bake with Anna Olson and Reality Obsessed in Australasia.

Bomanbridge Media, who reps Peace Point content in the territory, completed the sales.

New Zealand’s Living Channel picked up Bake with Anna Olson (40 x 30 min), while Mediascape in the Philippines picked up Keasha’s Perfect Dress (14 x 30 min) and Chimp Mommy (2 x 30 min).

Hong Kong’s TVB and Thai Public Broadcaster also took Chimp Mommy, about a professional primate caregiver and her two-year-old baby chimp.

And Fox India picked up Ed’s Up (13 x 30 min), which features Canuck singer Ed Robertson taking on tough experiences with rugged people, while Mediacorp’s Toggle picked up Reality Obsessed (39 x 30 min) and Gadget Girlz (26 x 30 min), which features four tech-savvy women introducing the latest in gadgets and innovations.
