Montreal-based factual prodco CMJ Productions is expanding its operations by opening Post-Prod CMJ Tech, an audio-visual post house, and CMJ Casting Agency, a full-service talent management office.

Post-Prod CMJ Tech’s offerings includes a variety of audio-visual and post-production rentals including Canon C300 and 5D Mark III’s cameras and monitoring accessories, portable lighting, studio set-up and portable secure data management solutions. It also has eight HD editing suites (both online and offline).

Meanwhile, the company also said it is expanding the role of VP of development 
Nicola Doyle. Based in Toronto, she is now seeking new strategic production partnerships with the international community as well as working on expanding CMJ’s digital distribution.

CMJ has been having a busy start to 2013. Among other recent news, earlier this year CMJ made Judith Beauchemin a partner.
