Breakthrough debuts Anti Social indie horror in Cannes

Breakthrough Entertainment plans two market screenings for writer/director Cody Calahan’s indie horror film Anti Social in Cannes.

The film will debut on the Croissette during the next week with two cinema screenings as it depicts a New Year’s Eve gathering of five university friends as an epidemic erupts, causing outbreaks around the world.

Anti Social is produced by Breakthrough, in association with Black Fawn Films.

Calahan wrote the film’s script with writer-producer Chad Archibald.

Breakthrough’s Ira Levy, Peter Williamson and Marina Cordoni are executive producers.

The indie producer is also handling the film’s worldwide distribution.
