Lionsgate has partnered with DHX Media to distribute the CTV sitcom Satisfaction outside of Canada.

The half-hour comedy, which is shooting in Toronto through July, is produced by DHX Media.

The distribution deal with Lionsgate comes as Jason Priestley, Shawn Alex Thompson, Mike Clattenburg, Steve Wright and Keith Samples direct episodes of the single camera comedy from creator Tim McAuliffe.

Satisfaction stars Ryan Belleville, Luke Macfarlane and Leah Renee and portrays three twenty-something friends sharing their lives and professional and personal adventures together.

Executive Producers are Michael Donovan and McAuliffe.

Steven DeNure, Tracey Jardine and Jim Corston are producing.
