Shaftesbury has sold the Ken Finkleman-starring comedy Good God to The Comedy Channel in Australia.

The 10-part sitcom about a neurotic, left-leaning TV producer will debut down under on Mar. 27 after launching on The Movie Network and Movie Central in Canada in April 2012.

Good God also stars Lolita Davidovich, Jason Weinberg, John Ralston, Jud Tylor and Doug Murray.

Finkleman created, wrote and directed Good Dog, which is executive produced by Finkleman, Christina Jennings and Scott Garvie, and produced by Jan Peter Meyboom.

Shaftesbury holds all international sales and distribution rights outside of Canada, and will shop the series at MIPTV.
