Toronto-based 3D director James Stewart will world premiere his animated 3D short film Béatrice Coron’s Daily Battles at the TED Conference in Long Beach, Cal., on Feb. 26.

In the film, Stewart, the founder of Geneva Film Co., applies 3D to New York City visual artist Béatrice Coron‘s papercut pieces. The film tells its story of medieval life through an abstract montage and series of vignettes created in stereoscopic 3D.
