David Cormican is leaving Minds Eye Entertainment as head of development, to be replaced by Diane Robinson.

The Saskatchewan producer said Cormican was departing “to pursue additional independent production opportunities in both film and television” after a short transition period.

Robinson in the last year served as senior development officer with Minds Eye.

In addition, Danielle Masters is promoted to production executive, from associate producer.

Minds Eye will be unveiling its 2013 production slate in March after getting 10 projects grandfathered under Saskatchewan’s previous tax credit program, before recent government-imposed tax policy changes.
