Indie producer Media Monkey Productions has hired Maxine Kuzminski on as producer, charged with developing English and French language factual programming.

Kuzminkski, most recently an air promotions producer at Corus Entertainment, will also back Toronto-based Media Monkey’s documentary slate.

“Maxine’s incredible versatility as a producer and editor, and her ability to work in both the French and English markets are a valuable asset to Media Monkey Productions as we evolve our co-productions with international partners,” Micol Marotti, VP and senior producer of Media Monkey Productions, said in a statement.

Before her work at Corus, Kusminski also completed producer stints at Global Television and Astral Television Networks.

Media Monkey’s recent credits include Open Doors, narrated by Isabella Rossellini, Postcards from TIFF and Window on the World for OMNI TV.
