Global Saskatoon is expanding its news programming slate with an early morning news program.

Global Saskatoon Early Morning News is set to debut Monday, Dec. 6 from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. CT.

The early morning news package will cover global and local breaking news and feature community guests.

Global Saskatoon Early Morning News will be lead by longtime Global Saskatoon anchor Lisa Dutton (pictured), and feature Warren Dean as weather and traffic host, Sherri Clark as morning live reporter, and Kevin Jesus as sports anchor.

Global Saskatoon’s currently broadcasts a primetime news lineup that includes The Evening News, Prime News and News Final.

In addition, former weekend anchor Julie Mintenko has moved to anchor the Evening News at 6 p.m. CT.
