Canadian actor and director Jason Priestley will be once again dusting off his black tie later this month, as he sets to host the 39th International Emmy Awards in New York City.

Priestley, who stars in HBO Canada’s Call Me Fitz, will take to the stage on Nov. 21 at the Hilton New York in Manhattan.

The sole Canadian nominee in this year’s International Emmys is Life with Murder by JS Kastner Producions and The National Film Board of Canada in association with CTV, in the Documentary category.

It is the second consecutive year the actor has hosted the gala event.
