ICM has sold the U.S. rights to the Joseph Ruben thriller Penthouse North, to shoot in Ottawa this December, to Dimension Films.

Ex-THINKFilm topper Jeff Sackman, Michael Baker and Jon Shiffman are producing the Michael Keaton-starrer about a sadistic criminal who pursues a photojournalist, played by Michelle Monaghan.

ICM, which represents Keaton and Monaghan, packaged the film, which was shopped in Toronto for its international rights by Lionsgate.

David Loughery, also repped by ICM, wrote the script for Penthouse North.
