Inception director Christopher Nolan has chosen the Canadian Film Centre to receive $100,000 from mobile phone operator Wind Mobile.

The charitable donation was made as part of Wind Mobile’s “Best Conversation Ever” campaign.

Vancouver-based filmmaker Ian Holliday won the competition with a dramatic short film indicating why he should share a conversation with the Hollywood director.

On Tuesday morning, that conversation occurred, followed by news that Nolan selected the Canadian advanced media training centre for his donation.
