The 4th Brazil-Canada Coproduction Forum is on its way and the organizing committee is looking to send a Canadian delegation down to Rio de Janeiro for the three-day networking event.

It’s facilitated by the Canadian Consulate General in São Paulo, Cinema do Brasil (Brazilian Film Promotion Program) and the Brazilian TV Producers Program. There, Canuck and Brazilian content producers will gather together from March 16-18 to discuss business opps, all part of the Rio Content Market conference.

Fifteen individuals will be selected for the delegation, to be comprised of producers across genres and formats, from interactive, feature film, TV, animation, documentary, along with buyers and commissioning editors. Application profiles will be matched with interests of the participating Brazil prodcos.

Past editions of the Copro Forum have seen the two countries strengthening its ties, which has been blossoming for the last few years.
