Teletoon is amping up Sunday mornings this winter with the addition of three new series to its Action Force programming block.

Generator Rex (pictured), Transformers Prime and G.I. Joe Renegades will start airing Jan. 9, joining Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Super Hero Squad Show and Hot Wheels: Battle Force 5.

Generator Rex at 11 a.m. follows Rex, a boy who can grow machines out of his body who is recruited into a top-secret organization. Rex uses his special powers to defeat the EVOs, an evil breed of monsters who have mutated from normal humans and animals.

Transformers Prime is a reboot of the original Transformers, introducing the classic Autobots and Decepticons to a new generation. It will air at 12 p.m.

G.I. Joe Renegade, which will air at 12:30 p.m., is another reboot, showing G.I.s as they take on Cobra Industries.

The second seasons of The Superhero Squad Show and Hot Wheels: Battle Force 5 will also premiere Jan. 9, alongside a new episode of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien.
