French sales outfit TF1 International has grabbed the international rights to indie producer Copperheart Entertainment’s 88 Arletta Avenue from Canadian director Randall Cole.

The thriller, to be produced by Steve Hoban and Mark Smith, stars Nick Stahl and is shooting in Toronto.

Vincenzo Natali (Splice) is executive producing, and Derek Rappaport is the line producer.

Randall Cole last helmed Real Time, which starred Jay Baruchel and Randy Quaid.

TF1 International is also shopping at the American Film Market Sarah Polley’s Take This Waltz, which recently wrapped production in Toronto, and Jason Eisener’s action film Hobo With a Shotgun from indie producers Rhombus Media, Whizbang Films and Yer Dead Productions.
