Camille Sullivan moves to Rookie Blue

Thump Inc. and Entertainment One have added Camille Sullivan to the second season shoot for Rookie Blue, the hit Canadian cop drama.

Rookie Blue‘s sophomore season, now shooting 13 new episodes in and around Toronto through early 2011, will also feature a guest starring role by Lauren Holly (NCIS).

Sullivan is the only major new character on the second season of Rookie, and will play police detective Jo Rosati.

The cop drama drew big numbers for its rookie season, and was renewed for a second cycle after only three episodes on air.

Sullivan, whose earlier credits include the CBC crime dramas Intelligence and DaVinci’s Inquest, more recently performed the role of Detective Amy Lynch on Shattered, the homicide division partner of lead character Ben Sullivan, played by Callum Keith Rennie.
