Kids’ TV show producer Heroic Film has struck an asset purchase and production deal with Sudden Storm Entertainment.

The Heroic brand has been spun off into two separate companies, Heroic TV, which is owned by John May and Suzanne Bolch, and Heroic Interactive, to be owned by Karen Lee Hall.

Heroic TV’s Sudden Storm partners will provide business affairs expertise while Bolch and May continue to make TV shows on a non-exclusive basis.
