Rogers Media has launched an iPad video app for Citytv.com, the first by a Canadian broadcaster.

The free, ad-supported app will feature Citytv series, and lifestyle content from the CityLine and Breakfast Television Toronto strands.

Rogers also enables catch-up TV viewing of its series on Rogers Video On Demand and RogersOnDemand.com .

The Citytv.com iPad app, besides offering a TV schedule, will also direct users to social media sites for video links.
