‘I’m able to get 3D quality out of this rig, which is really low-cost, that’s comparable to far more expensive rigs,’ he says. ‘I have a controller that allows control of both nanoFlashes so everything’s in synch.

‘But the best bit is quality — 100 megabits per second or more means you can really push the material in post-production… and the image doesn’t degrade.’
