Breakthrough goes Crazy

Gogo

Gogo’s Crazy Bones is coming to the small screen, as Breakthrough Films & Television teams up with Spain’s Martomagic and PPI Worldwide Group to develop a TV series based on the collectible toy craze.

The Toronto shop will look to create storylines and characters that appeal to the toy’s international fan base, the six-to-11 set, while attracting new audiences worldwide, said Breakthrough co-founder Ira Levy in a statement.

The toys, produced and marketed by Martomagic and PPI, respectively, were released last year and include hundreds of characters — each with its own characteristics to enhance collectibility. The toys have gained loyal fans across North America, Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
