Then: Tremayne comes from RDF USA after roles at the BBC and Granada

Now: Executive vice-president of programming, overseeing factual programming in the U.K. and U.S. Will head up New York office

Ian Russell

Then: Commissioning editor for news, current affairs and documentaries at U.K. broadcaster Five

Now: Director of coproduction and executive producer in London

Joe Houlihan

Then: Director of programs at Twofour Broadcast. Prior to that he was president of RDF USA (with credits that included Wife Swap USA (ABC), Junkyard Wars (TLC) and Faking It (TLC) and served at Granada

Now: Senior vice-president of programming
