Breakthrough Entertainment has found a home for King of the Camp, closing a deal with Daro Films for television rights in eastern Europe and Africa. The deal for the musical one-off was announced Tuesday by Breakthrough head of sales Marina Cordoni, following MIPTV.
‘We’re happy to have signed on our first agreement at MIP, and look forward to a long-term working relationship for the next set of movies on our production slate,’ said Cordoni in a statement.
King of the Camp, a 90-minute musical comedy that aired last year on YTV, follows a competition at a summer camp. It was produced by Bensondale Productions.
