Pierre Karl Péladeau will be busier at Quebecor for some time, following the departure of Louis Morin, who has stepped down as CFO and VP of the media giant. His duties will be handled, for the time being, by Péladeau, who is president and CEO, with support from VP Denis Sabourin and treasurer François Pruneau, both of whom have been with Quebecor since 2001.

No reason was given for Morin’s departure.
