Wheel of Fortune is marking its move to CBC with a week of Canadian-themed episodes. The north-of-the-border eps will air Oct. 13-17 in the 5:30 p.m. slot, and feature Canuck-related puzzles, plus prizes including trips to destinations including Vancouver, Ottawa and Toronto.

The episodes give ‘us a chance to sort of spend the week sort of officially welcoming the CBC aboard,’ explains longtime Wheel host Pat Sajak in a statement.

Sajak says the shows include ‘some Canadian fun facts because a lot of Americans are not necessarily well-versed in what goes on north of their border. We had fun with that.’
