Kenny Hotz (Kenny vs. Spenny) has a new project in the works with John Morayniss of Blueprint Entertainment, and is set to premiere Testees in October on Showcase. The half-hour comedy revolves around two best friends, played by newcomers Jeff Kassel and Steve Markle, who work at a product development facility as hapless test subjects. In each episode, they try out new products with results that are almost always negative.

Hotz is the executive producer, along with Morayniss (Kenny vs. Spenny) and Michael Rosenberg (Chasing Christmas), in association with Canwest.
