Shaftesbury Films has reached a deal with ShineReveille International to distribute the new CTV/NBC series The Listener overseas.

ShineReveille will distribute the Toronto-set series about a mind-reading paramedic in all markets outside North America, while Fox International will retain cable and satellite rights to the show in Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. The show is currently in preproduction and is slated to hit CTV this fall.

The deal is ShineReveille’s first for a scripted network series.
