Incendo makes a Kill

Incendo Productions has wrapped its third MOW of the summer and is closing in on a fourth. The busy production house earlier this month finished the thriller Legacy of Fear – with Teri Polo (Meet the Parents) as a detective on the trail of a serial killer – and on Aug. 28 is scheduled to start Abducted, again shooting in Montreal.

The titles follow the May and June shoots of two other thrillers, Thrill of the Kill and Circle of Friends, and are slated to air on The Movie Network, Movie Central, Super Écran and Lifetime, in keeping with Incendo’s various output deals, says producer Jean Bureau.

Bureau produces with Josée Maufette (Forbidden Secrets), under execs Stephen Greenberg, and Justin Bodle (Circle of Friends, Flood) of U.K.-based Power and Anne Carlucci (Forbidden Secrets, Circle of Friends) of Anne Carlucci Productions. Bureau is also an exec producer.

Incendo will distribute in North America, while Power handles the international rights.

Legacy, directed by Don Terry, also stars Zachary Bennett (Cube Zero). Thrill of the Kill, helmed by Richard Roy (The Last Chapter), stars Shiri Appleby (Roswell) as a woman out to solve her sister’s murder with the help of a crime novelist, played by Chris Potter (One Tree Hill).
