* Director Ira Sachs (Forty Shades of Blue) will be in Vancouver with the U.S. feature Marriage until late October. The period drama stars Chris Cooper (Adaptation) and Pierce Brosnan.

* Chris Haddock’s new CBC drama series Intelligence went to camera in July, and will shoot in Vancouver with stars Ian Tracey and Matt Frewer until November.

* Halifax’s Ocean Entertainment is making the 26 x 30 cooking show French Food at Home for Food Network.

* Sienna Films is shooting a half-hour comedy pilot, Altar Boy Gang, this month for CBC.

* A second season (13 x 30) of Jeff Ltd. is underway in Toronto at the Dufferin Gate studios for CTV.

* Hubert Davis (Hardwood) is co-directing an untitled doc, about women recovering from addiction, with producer Calum deHartog.

* Ottawa’s Brookstreet Pictures has signed Robert Englund (A Nightmare on Elm Street) to appear in its horror feature Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer.

* Chesler/Perlmutter Productions is shooting the MOW Still Small Voices, for Lifetime and Global TV, in Hamilton, ON.
