* The pilot episode of Blade – a new series based on the Wesley Snipes vampire movies – is underway in B.C. for Spike TV.

* A third season (9 x 30) of the Global/APTN series renegadepress.com, from Vérité Films, is shooting in Regina until Dec. 4.

* Saved – a one-hour pilot about an overwrought paramedic, for TNT – is partway through a two-week shoot at the Brightlight studios in Vancouver.

* GEP Productions (Kojak) is shooting the pilot Psych in B.C. for USA Network. The story follows a young man who is wrongly hired as a psychic detective.
