* John Flock is now president of Peace Arch Entertainment Group, overseeing all operations of the Toronto production house. Flock is also head of its subsidiary Peace Arch L.A.

* Andrea Wood, EVP of business and legal affairs at Alliance Atlantis, is now also head of its integrated operational and corporate legal departments. Wood keeps her original title.

In addition, AAC and its Motion Picture Distribution LP have extended the contracts of CEO Victor Loewy and of president and COO Patrice Théroux, to Dec. 31, 2009 and June 30, 2009, respectively. Rubin Osten is appointed as a trustee and a director of the board of MPD.

* Nathalie Lariviere is now director of TV sales for Canada and international catalogue sales at TVA Films. Lariviere earlier worked at Cookie Jar and Seville Pictures.

* CTV News has appointed Craig Oliver as chief political correspondent, and Robert Fife as its Ottawa bureau chief.

* Global National has named Kenton Boston as executive producer, Global National and special projects, and Jacques Bourbeau as its new Ottawa bureau chief. Bourbeau replaces the late David Vienneau, who died in December.

* Ariane Giroux-Dallaire has been named director of communications at Seville Pictures.

* Michael Pepper of Toronto-based agency Sesler & Company is moving to the Los Angeles office as of March 1. He will represent the company’s DOP roster to studios, networks and commercial and music video companies.
